CT&ITI 2024

We are pleased to inform you that the Union of Textile Engineers and Technicians of Serbia will hold the 7^th International Scientific Conference “Contemporary Trends and Innovations in Textile Industry” – CT&ITI 2024. The conference will be held from 19-20 September 2024 in Belgrade in the ceremonial hall of the House of Engineers “Nikola Tesla”, Street Knez Milos 9 /III.

The goal of this conference is to consider current technical, technological, economic, environmental, R&D, legal, and other issues related to the textile industry, then, application of modern achievements and introduction of technical and technological innovations in the process of production of fibers, textiles, clothing and technical textiles with the help of scientific and research solutions to improve the business and increase the competitive advantage of textile companies in the domestic and global markets.

The conference program involves papers dedicated to the scientific and practical aspects of the following topics:

1. Textile and textile technologies,

2. Textile design,

3. Management and marketing in the textile industry, and

4. Ecology and sustainable development in the textile industry.

We invite you to take part with the paper, to be part of this eminent gathering, and to contribute to the success of the conference.

All papers will have a DOI number and in this way, a connection is established with the Internet page where the work is located through the “Crossref” service.

Also, all papers will be assigned a paper category given by the reviewers (original scientific paper, review paper, professional paper).

April 15, 2024	Deadline for abstract submission
June 1, 2024	Deadline for submission of full papers
July 1, 2024	Notification about paper acceptance
July 15, 2024	Registration fee payment deadline
September 10, 2024	The final program of the conference

The participation fee for the conference is 70 EUR per paper, and the registration fee for 2 papers is 120 EUR.

The registration fee includes publication of the paper in the full paper Proceedings, certificate of participation, attendance at the conference, welcoming cocktails, coffee, and refreshments during the breaks, lunch, and other accompanying materials, and participation in all activities of the meeting.

All papers are subject to review. Accepted papers will be published in full paper Proceedings. Proceedings will be indexed by ISBN, CIP, and Cobiss SR number at the National Library of Serbia.

The official languages are English and Serbian.
